Yesterday, businesses on Facebook (also called pages) were given the chance to change their profile over to the new Timeline theme, and we jumped at the chance to do so. This new theme is very visual and will allow our followers another way to communicate with us that was not available with the old view. The other change is how to find our Facebook contesting tabs.

How to Speak Privately With Us on Facebook
Customers can still post questions on our “wall” just as they did before, but now there is an option to speak in private through Facebook with just one click. Below is an image of where you click on the D&B Supply Facebook page that will pop you to a private conversation with one of our Facebook administrators, just as if we were one of your “friends.” Do note, that we will not be able to initiate the conversation, only you will be able to do this. So no, we will not be sending you messages about sales, contests, etc. as if you were signed up for our eNewsletter list.

Please note that we will do our very best to get back to you in a timely manner. We are a small crew but want to make sure that you taken care of.

How to Find Contesting Information
With the new timeline change, the tabs that once lived on the left hand side of the page are now just below the large, front page picture and have an image to go along with them. This is what you will click to see our photos, videos and how you will enter any Facebook contests that we are holding. In the picture below you can see that if you click on the arrow on the right hand side, you can see more apps full of information for your consumption. We are currently building this up.

Thank you for your time and we look forward to a continued relationship with you here online and of course in all our D&B Supply stores.
