How do you remove an old, weathered, used, lovingly abused, dirty tire off of an old, soon to be beautiful, fully restored, John Deere tractor? Leave it to the guys at Les Schwab in Caldwell to figure it out and do an excellent job at the same time (we would not expect anything less from them).

As we reported yesterday the FFA Foundation is raffling off a fully restored John Deere tractor beginning this week at the Canyon County Fair to help with the FFA Foundation scholarship fund and events. With almost eighty FFA chapters in the state of Idaho, a fundraising goal of $52,000 is attainable by each chapter selling sixty, $10 tickets. The tickets will go on sale this week at the Canyon County Fair where the restored tractor will be on display as well as being sold throughout the year from your local FFA chapter member.

You can also watch the progress unfold in pictures over at our Flickr site and of course, Facebook.
