D&B Supply has been lucky enough to help support the Miss Rodeo Idaho and this year has been no exception. The reigning queen, Tricia Lynn Crump, has spent this past year informing and educating the public about the importance of Idaho’s agriculture and the strong partnership needed between agriculture and the western way of life through the professional sport of rodeo. This Pocatello native started her cowgirl ambitions by becoming the mutton busting champion of the Dodge National Circuit Finals as a youngster.

Miss Rodeo Idaho

The future Miss Rodeo Idaho will be crowned at the Snake River Stampede in July this year, in which she will then compete for the national title of Miss Rodeo America in December in Las Vegas. The contestants will compete in categories such as appearance, photogenic, speech and of course the coveted Horsemanship award.

The Miss Rodeo Idaho pageant’s purpose and mission is to “Royally Promote Our Western Way of Life” by becoming an ambassador for the history, industries, businesses, families and communities of Idaho. Furthering the education of the these young ladies is critical to building our future leaders of Idaho, therefore there is over $4500 in scholarship money to be won along with the prestigious honor of being crowned Miss Rodeo Idaho.

D&B Supply helps support the scholarship pageant by awarding the reigning Queen with a new pair of Justin boots, Wrangler jeans and shirts and Montana Silver jewelry. Congratulations Tricia, you have had a great year as Miss Rodeo Idaho and we wish you all the luck in the world with your aspirations and dreams. Thank you for representing Idaho with grace, intelligence, beauty and kindness not only to the people of Idaho, but to the people of the West.
