Mail the rebate certificate that you received at your local D&B Supply  along with the original store identified dated cash register receipt or original receipt shipped from your online purchase dated between February 15, 2013 and March 31, 2013.

you must meet the following terms to qualify for this rebate:

  • Submit the rebate form
  • Submit your proof of purchase, the tags from 2 Cinch or Cruel shirts with style numbers that match the receipt. (Style numbers accepted must begin with MT and CT)
  • Submit your original store identified-dated receipt with a shirt value of $49.95 and up per shirt. Copies are not accepted.
  • Your request must be received by 4/30/2013.

    Yeah, I sent the receipt for two shirts, a tag for one shirt and it wasn’t enough for you guys, did you want the colors also, keep your lousy money, I won’t buy another of your shirts.

      So sorry for your troubles with the Cinch rebate. The instructions do say you have to send in tags for both shirts (see the second bullet point) but if you still have the tag, we can see what we can do from this end. I will send you an email as well.
